Conference Bridge Applications
This conference bridge supports many uses and applications not usually supported with integrated PBX, multi-station conferencing.

For instance, PBX initiated conference calls usually must be setup from a station-set directly connected to the user's primary PBX system. In contrast, the FL-USA-400™ allows the conference Chairperson to be remote; simply dialing into the bridge from any remote location, great for the Executive frequent traveler or "working-from-home" Sales Executive!

This feature permits the bridge to be actively used 24 hours per day, even when the company's main company office is closed. Conference participants may dial in, or may be actively added to the conference by the Chairperson dialing out— the participants may also be traveling and at various remote sites— available only via their cell phones. The bridge fully supports interface to VoIP networks such as the FL-USA-800™, permitting least cost long distance connections, for any and all of your attendees.

For example: An Executive in Singapore could access the bridge in the San Francisco office and set up a conference call to counterparts in Asia and Europe; all without any assistance from employees in the San Francisco office. This secure conference bridge can be used 24 hours a day by your employees worldwide.

Call volume and tone is excellent, full-duplex, and is not degraded based on the number of conference attendees. Once a conference call is in session the bridge can be locked by the Chairperson. This prevents eaves dropping, and accidental interruption of your conference call in progress. The Chairperson may choose to "Open" the bridge at any time to accept or invite new attendees.

Priced competitively, a FL-USA-400 may be placed in each workgroup or satellite field office. FL-USA-400s may be linked together for larger conference calls. For occasions when more than eight attendees must be on a single conference call— bridges can be easily linked together for the duration of the call, even between geographically remote offices. This feature also significantly saves toll costs, as the local bridge may be accessed directly by in-office employees, incurring no toll charges.

Simplicity of operation, full password protection and assured secure conferencing allows for 24 hour ease of use, lower costs, and increased company productivity.
